In today’s world, the common view of leadership is shifting and changing in many different ways and on many different levels. The traditional view and strategy of leadership has been and continues to be a “one person lead and all others follow” approach. That style has, at times, served a purpose.  However, we believe that the time has come to change that traditional view to a new way of leadership and to a new kind of leader.

The Leadership Global Conference is conducted by graduates of the Coaches Training Institute’s Co-active Leadership Program.  It is our belief that each and every one of us has something special to contribute to society.  If we can identify, summon and nurture those special gifts, we can take a leadership role to achieve what needs to be done in order to make our world a better place to live.

The theme of this Leadership Global Conference is “uniqueness.”  We chose this theme because we are hoping that each participant can discover and present their own “uniqueness” to the world. Since all of us possess a special set of unique gifts, we will be fascinated to witness the incredible potential when all of us reveal these gifts during the conference.  Everyone interested in awakening their leadership potential is invited to attend.

The conference will provide the opportunity for participants to hear various presentations and to take part in numerous workshops (breakout sessions) in order to experience the collective energy when all our “uniqueness” resonates in concert with one another.

• Time: Days 1 and 2: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (registration begins at 9:10 AM)　 
            Day 3: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (registration begins at 9:30 AM)
• Where: Tokyo Ryogoku Kokusai Fashion Center (3rd floor and 10th floor) 
   (The website is available only in Japanese and we will assist you on how to access to the center once you register.  It is directly connected to Oedo line “Ryogoku” station, Exit A1, in Tokyo )
• Language:   All presentations will be given in either Japanese or English. However, all Japanese presentations will be translated to English and all English presentations will be translated into Japanese.
• Registration Fees:　
  • 45,000 Japanese Yen or $550 US Dollars
  • Students (for all 3 days): 10,000 Japanese Yen or $130 US Dollars
